30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At POD House, our mission is to empower aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools, training, and support to build a successful print-on-demand business. We understand the program may not be the right fit for everyone, so we offer a conditional 30-day refund, subject to the terms below. Please note: while we provide a proven framework, expert guidance, and real-time mentorship, we do not guarantee profits, revenue, or business success. Your results depend on your effort, execution, design selection, ad performance, market conditions, and more. If you genuinely apply the strategies and take consistent action, you should start seeing initial traction — but this does not mean we guarantee revenue or profitability.

Eligibility

Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, within those 30 days you must:

• Have completed all core modules of the program.
• Have implemented the exact steps as taught, including: design research and selection; store creation and setup; ad campaign launch (minimum 3 days of spend).
• Have tested at least 10 print-on-demand designs using Meta ads exactly as taught — following our design research methods, using high-converting creatives based on our frameworks, implementing our meta ads processes, maintaining recommended budgets and campaign structure, and submitting detailed screen recordings as proof.
• Provide verifiable proof of effort: screenshots of your ad manager, store analytics, and dashboard metrics (with dates and spend); a link to your live store; and screenshots of course/module progress.
• Submit a written explanation (minimum 300 words) detailing what you did, what didn't work, and how you followed the instructions.

Incomplete submissions or lack of evidence result in immediate rejection.

How to Request

Email hey@nishkarshsharma.com within 30 days with: your full name and registered email; payment receipt or transaction ID; home address and phone number; all supporting evidence above; and your written explanation. We review within 7 business days; if anything is missing, you get 5 additional business days to provide it.

Review & Decision

Refunds are reviewed carefully and are not automatic. If you have genuinely completed the program and implemented the strategies but still received no store traffic or order activity despite correctly implementing everything, we will approve your refund. We will reject requests where you did not follow the program fully, submitted incomplete or misleading information, or violated our Terms of Service.

Terms

This guarantee applies only to those who fully participated and followed the steps. Requests outside the 30-day window are not eligible. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway or processing fees are non-refundable.
